Visit pay.lever1.com and login. If you do not already have an account, choose “Register” and complete the form. Once you’ve logged in, select the “Payroll” button at the top. From there, you will be able to view or re-print your paycheck stubs.



In order to enroll in benefits, visit pay.lever1.com and login with your username and password. If you don’t have an account, choose “Register” and complete the form. Once you have entered your information, choose the “Benefits” button at the top and then choose “Benefits Enrollment.” Through this page, you will be able to add dependents if necessary and complete the steps of the Benefit Enrollment.



Visit timetracker.lever1.com/ and enter your username.
Your username is – First Name.Last Name (exp. Tom.Smith) and your password will be the Last Four Digits of Your Social Security Number. After you have entered this information, you will see a “Clock In” button and a time stamp and choose “Confirm Clock IN at this time.” When you are ready to clock out, you will follow the same procedure and choose “Confirm Clock OUT at this time.”

Through TimeTracker, you will be able to view past time sheets, by selecting “Timesheets” and then “Past” button.

To request PTO/Sick time, click on “Timesheets” and then “Vacation Request” or “Use Sick Time.” You then will select the date and number of hours you would like to use and select “Submit” when finished. Your request will be sent to your supervisor for approval or denial.



If you have not already created an account, choose the “Register” button and complete the form. If you already have an account but are unable to login or forgotten your login information, choose either “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” which will prompt you to enter your email and send you a link to alter your information.



Visit pay.lever1.com and either enter your username and password or Register to create an account. Once you’ve logged in, select the “Payroll” button at the top and then the “W-2 Reprint” button. To view or print your W-2, select the desired year from the drop-down menu and click “Reprint” when you’re ready.



Go to pay.lever1.com and login to your account. From there you will be able to choose the “Benefits” button and see what benefits you have elected.



In case of emergency call 911, if not life-threatening alert your manager and call Lever1 for assistance in receiving treatment.



Lever1 does not have access to your payroll records prior to working with Lever1. In order to access past paystubs, log into your previous payroll site and enter your login information. If it won’t let you login try resetting your password. From there, you should be able to access previous paystubs. Most providers do not terminate employee access and history regardless of employment status.
