Lever1 Appoints New CEO and President
National Market Expansion is on the Horizon for New CEO of Lever1

KANSAS CITY, October 12, 2022 – Lever1, a Kansas City-based Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is pleased to announce the confirmation of Erica Brune as CEO, effective October 1st, 2022. Brune will continue to facilitate the growth of Lever1 beyond the Kansas City market with aspirations of acquisition and new market expansion. In support of growing Lever1 at the national level, Brune was recently named to the national board of directors for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).
Erica Brune states that “over the past ten years, Lever1 has continued to grow at an accelerated rate. This opportunity to take Lever1 to a national level has been a goal of ours for a long time.”
Adjacent to Brune’s recent move, comes the announcement of Chad Braymer as President of Lever1. Braymer joined Lever1 in 2019 as Director of Operations and will focus his efforts on continuing to manage operations, product development and providing best in class services to our clients.

Former Lever1 CEO, Greg Gragg will move to Executive Chairman of the Blue Chair family of companies which includes Top 10 companies, Lever1 and Gragg Advertising as well as IntegriShield, an Online compliance monitoring SaaS. Gragg will continue to work towards acquisition and growth strategies for his brands.
